We recommend you book your cake 1-3months in advance as our calendar does book up quickly particularly for “wedding season” being September to February when our calendar fills up even more quickly. The more notice you can give us the better, in saying that though we will always do our utmost to take last minute booking wherever possible.


We require a 20% deposit to secure your booking, with the remainder of the balance being payable 2 weeks from completion date. If you are collecting your cake you are welcome to pay your balance upon pickup. Payment plans are also available upon request.
Deposits and payments can be made by Direct Deposit, PayPal or in cash.
Please note your booking is not confirmed until your deposit if received in full.


We refund in full if there was no work done on the cake. If the cake was ordered and any inconvenience occurred upon cancellation then we will adjust the refund accordingly and by our discretion.


With the exception of most wedding cakes we encourage you to collect your cake either the day prior to your event or in the morning the day of you event. Cake Storage

Unless otherwise advised, your cake needs to be stored in a cool place away from direct sunlight prior to being displayed at your event. Please do not refrigerate your cake as condensation may cause the cake to sweat and your decorations to soften and in some instances “melt”. Once cut and served any leftovers from your cake should be wrapped with cling film or stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Your cake will last up to 3 days after an event if stored correctly. Cakes can also be frozen if wrapped correctly with cling film and placed an airtight container. Dietary Requirements

From personal experience with lots of different dietary requirements within our family we always do our best to cater to your needs. From lactose intolerance, dairy protein intolerance, artificial colouring intolerance, gluten free, vegetarian and vegan we have recipes that not only cater for your requirement but also taste like real cake should. However it is important to remember that we bake and create in a kitchen where gluten, dairy and nuts are present. Whilst we do our absolute best to ensure the integrity of these cake options, there may be some minor cross contamination in our utensils and equipment. It is for these reasons that we are unfortunately unable to cater for nut or egg allergies or any other allergies with anaphylactic reactions.


Due to our busy work schedule we prefer for most cakes to de designed and planned via phone, email, Facebook and phone messages, however occasionally it may be necessary to arrange a face to face consultation or consultations are available upon request.


Tastings are available upon request for any event. We offer a box of 6 cupcakes with up to 3 different flavours per box and up to 3 different types of frosting for $20. Bookings must be made for your tasting cupcakes. To book please Contact US
