Fillings & Frostings

We prefer to frost our cakes with either chocolate or white chocolate ganache as it gives the finished product more stability as well as a cleaner and shaper finish. Buttercream is available upon request but please keep in mind it will give a more rounded edge and is not suitable in very hot weather or for sculpted cakes. Cakes can be filled with either ganache or buttercream with the exception of sculpted cakes where the structure and stability will require ganache to be used.
